I noticed! Yay Shan!! So organized. What's weird's i did the same thing last week... and i don't know what got into me; i'm not exactly Miss Motivation these days!! And i'm such a slob in "real life" - organization is best left to the Virgos of the world (my polar opposite, tho i love 'em so)!

P.S. Before my dad found out he had diabetes, he lost a ton of weight. He swore up and down that it was because he simply stepped on the scale each day and drank a lot of water.
Unfortunately, that wasn't the reason. We quickly cut out sugar and butter from our house and he did really well for about 5 years. Then he got back into the fast food, potato chips, etc. He feels like he has struggled with life for so long that he doesn't have to sacrifice now.
Then he started to lose feeling in his legs and went to the doctor. He's on an insulin shot now and probably will be for the rest of his life all because of his diet. (he gets plenty of exercise).
That's why I thought it was important to alter my eating habits now just in case I ever became diabetic.
Ok, enough writing!

Flipping Sweet (for lack of a better word).
I just noticed Veg Heads.. hehehe.. right away reminded me of Dead Heads.. I listened to some Grateful dead some months ago.. and found out their hardcore fans are called Dead Heads.. and then I read this.. Veg Heads.. hehehe!! nice!!
